The business game MicroKey deals with the reflection of business strategies of cooperating enterprises and identifies the merits and demerits. The result of the game is an individual collection of measures to promote its own action competences.

The business game is integrated in a one-day-workshop and designed for five teammates. In this game typical cooperations between micro entrepreneurs are simulated, who present themselves together at a fair. Every teammate takes over one of five areas of responsibility. During the game the teammates go through the difficulty of cooperation and the perception of their strengths and weaknesses. Cooperative behavior is the key element in this game: The more efficient it is, the higher is the profit for the network. Finally, an intensive phase of reflection follows, which is moderated by employees of the Institute for Management Cybernetics and which calculates the further demand of action and education.
